Bots that work hard for your RP server

A modular Discord bot built for FiveM RP servers. It brings together RP management (companies, duty tracking, stock, whitelist, EMS records, police records, organizations…) and your Discord's management (tickets, verification, anti-scam, moderation, welcome, logs…). You only enable the modules your server needs.

Log in with Discord on this website, then go to your profile: next to your server, click “Invite HiveBots”. Then open the panel to enable and set up the modules.

It's your server's management area, right on this website. You enable the modules and set everything up there: ranks and roles, earnings scale, employees, recruitment ad, form questions… It's available to members with the “Manage Server” permission on Discord.

Management commands are restricted to the roles you choose in the panel: management for employees, sales and absences, recruiters for recruitment, customs staff for the whitelist, EMS for medical records and police for criminal records. In organizations, the boss and their right hands are in charge. Members who can manage the server always have access to everything.

On Discord, a bot can only give roles placed below its own. Go to Server Settings → Roles, and drag the HiveBots role above your rank roles. Also check that HiveBots has the “Manage Roles” permission. In the panel, roles that are too high are flagged.

Yes! All RP management modules are free (with a few limits, like 10 employees or 25 records), as well as tickets, verification, anti-scam, auto moderation and self-assigned roles. Premium (€7.99 for 30 days) removes the limits and adds bonuses: leaderboard and automations, time clock logs, stock alerts, public wanted notices, territory map, embed builder, welcome, server logs and bot customization.

Join our Discord and open a “Purchase / Premium” ticket with your server's ID. Premium is activated for 30 days, and you just need to renew before it ends to keep it: the days add up, you lose nothing.

HiveBots only stores what it needs: the Discord IDs of the members concerned, ranks, sales, settings, applications and tickets. Medical and criminal records are about RP characters (fictional), and are only visible to the chosen roles. The Tickets and Logs modules can keep the content of some messages (a ticket transcript, a deleted message), only if the server enables them. And on the panel, everyone can only manage the servers they manage.

No! Medical records and criminal records each have their own page on the website, restricted to the roles you choose. EMS and police officers log in with Discord to read, add, edit or delete files, without ever touching the panel. They find the link with /medical website or /record website.

No: HiveBots handles RP on the Discord side and doesn't change anything on your FiveM server. For example, a fine added with /record updates the record on Discord, but doesn't take the money in game. The other way round, the In-game logs link module (in beta) can read the logs your server sends to Discord: a fine, a clock-in, a sale or a storage deposit made in game then updates Discord on its own.
