What the bot does

Open or closed ad

An ad with an “Apply” button. Close recruitment: the ad stays, but the button is greyed out.

Custom form

Up to 5 questions of your choice, right in Discord. A garage and a police force don't hire the same way!

One ticket per application

A private channel between the candidate and your recruiters, with their answers. Only one open ticket per person.

Interview

Call the candidate for an interview in one click. They're notified in their ticket, then you decide.

New hire added to the company

Accept the application: the person joins your company at the chosen rank, with their Discord roles.

Tracking in the panel

All applications in one place, with their answers and status: pending, interview, accepted…

Everything is adjustable
