What the bot does

Rent and sale

Each property can be for rent, for sale, or both. Perfect whether your server's homes can be bought or rented.

Public listings

Available properties and their prices, in a channel, updated automatically with every rental or sale.

Rent tracking

Each rent paid pushes back the due date. Agents see who's up to date.

Automatic reminders

Premium: a direct message to the tenant before the due date, and an alert to the agency if the rent is late.

A real agency

A company on your server becomes the agency: its employees rent, sell and collect payments.

History

All rentals, sales and rent payments are kept in the panel.
